This treatment involves the use of a hollow candle coated with wax. The
candle is placed into the opening of the ear and lit. The heat of the flame warms the
outer and inner ear to soften the wax. The candle then generates a vacuum in the ear that
can pull out the wax, poisons, infections, dirt and residues left by past medications.
